I Need Help Making a Purchase

Below you will find a list of frequently asked questions about reserving hourly and event parking with LAZgo. If you have already made a reservations, please refer to I need help with an existing reservation.

Why should I create an account? 

When you create an account, all of your details are stored for future use making further transactions faster and easier to complete.

Does making a reservation guarantee me a specific space in the parking facility?

Typically we don't save specific parking spaces, but by making a reservation, you are assured of a space within the parking facility for the date(s) and/or event(s) you select.  In some cases, you may be asked to leave your keys with us so we may park your vehicle for you.

I would like someone to help me reserve hourly parking or event parking.
