VICE PRESIDENT, HEALTHCARE SERVICES

Stephanie Barnes joined LAZ Parking in 2015 as Vice President of Healthcare Services. She is responsible for overseeing and expanding the company's growing Healthcare market share.

Stephanie has worked in the healthcare industry for over 12 years, with experience in support service operations and contract management for valet service, parking management, food service, security services, transportation, master planning, wayfinding, concierge, strategic innovations, and technology programs.

Her six year leadership over Parking Services ($30M annual business, 300 contract employees, 600 networked technology devices) was focused on improving the Patient and Employee Experience. Stephanie has experience in Intelligence Analysis, Security Assessments, Pharmaceutical Diversion mitigation strategies, Joint Commission Standards and Nuclear Regulatory Commission compliance. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cleveland, National Association of Professional Women, and International Parking Institute. Stephanie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from John Carroll University and her Master’s Degree in Security Policy and Strategic Intelligence from Notre Dame College, both in Cleveland, OH
