Michael Cantu, Sr.

Regional Vice President, Pennsylvania

Mike joined LAZ Parking in February 2010. Prior to joining the LAZ Parking family, Mr. Cantu worked with InterPark Inc. overseeing their Philadelphia portfolio for 10 years.

As the Regional Vice President for LAZ Parking, Mr. Cantu oversees the states of Pennsylvania, Delaware, Southern New Jersey and Maryland. He is instrumental in client development, revenue control technology implementation and yield management. In addition, he is responsible for 115 parking operations, personnel management for more than 700 employees and marketing initiatives for the region.

Mike is involved with multiple local associations and he is an active member of the Philadelphia Parking Association.
