Doug Brooks joined LAZ Parking in 2018 as a Regional Vice President for Georgia, bringing over 20 years of experience across many markets in the parking industry to LAZ. He has managed almost every type of parking operation, including mixed-use developments, hotels, special events venues and municipal parking operations.

Throughout his career, he has a proven track record of maximizing the client’s net operating income while remaining focused on not just meeting but exceeding the expectations and providing the highest level of customer service. Doug has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing degree from Belmont University in Nashville, TN.
